Process

How it works

Four steps from quote to payout. Every status an order passes through is described below.

01

Choose a direction

Enter the amount in BTC and how you want to be paid. The rate, our fee, the network fee and the final amount are calculated immediately — before the order exists.

02

Enter your details

Give us the wallet address or payment details. The form checks the address format and warns you about a network mismatch. No registration needed.

03

Send the BTC

We show a dedicated address for this order, the exact amount and a QR code. The rate is locked for the time shown on the timer.

04

Receive the funds

Once the network confirmations are in, we pay out to your details. Progress is visible on the order page.

Rate lock
20 min

That is how long the rate holds from the moment the order is created. If the BTC arrives later, the amount may be recalculated.

Network confirmations
2

The payout starts after this many confirmations on the Bitcoin blockchain.

Registration
not required

The order opens from a personal link. Save it so you can come back from another device.

An order moves through these statuses in order. The order page refreshes itself — no need to reload it.
