BTC BANKIR terms of use

By creating an order you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them.

1. General

  1. 1.1.BTC BANKIR provides a service for exchanging digital assets into the available payout methods.
  2. 1.2.Creating an order means the user has read these terms and agrees to them.
  3. 1.3.Users satisfy themselves that using the service does not breach the laws that apply to them.
  4. 1.4.The service may change the list of available currencies, networks, payout methods, limits and regions served.

2. Registration and data

  1. 2.1.A standard exchange requires no registration.
  2. 2.2.We ask only for the information needed to carry out the chosen transaction.
  3. 2.3.A crypto payout requires the recipient's wallet address and, where applicable, a memo.
  4. 2.4.An SBP payout requires the phone number and the recipient's bank; a card payout requires the card number.
  5. 2.5.Cash delivery requires a city and a Telegram handle — the operator agrees the rest in conversation.
  6. 2.6.Order data is kept to the extent needed to execute the order and to resolve any disputes.

3. The exchange

  1. 3.1.The user chooses the direction and the amount.
  2. 3.2.The rate, the fee and the estimated payout are displayed before an order is created.
  3. 3.3.After creating an order, the user sends crypto to the address given in that specific order.
  4. 3.4.Addresses from previous orders must not be reused: funds sent to such an address will not be matched to the order automatically.
  5. 3.5.Crypto must be sent over the network specified by the service.

4. Rate

  1. 4.1.The rate is locked for the period stated when the order is created.
  2. 4.2.If the transaction is detected after the lock period ends, the service may recalculate the order at the current rate.
  3. 4.3.If the amount received differs materially from the amount in the order, automatic processing is suspended.
  4. 4.4.The final terms of a given transaction are displayed before it is confirmed.

5. Fees

  1. 5.1.The fee depends on the direction, the amount, the network used, liquidity and other operating costs.
  2. 5.2.The calculation is shown to the user before the order is created.
  3. 5.3.Network fees are included in the final payout and shown as a separate line.

6. Blockchain confirmations

  1. 6.1.Execution begins once the required number of network confirmations has been received.
  2. 6.2.Confirmation speed depends on the blockchain concerned and is not controlled by the service.
  3. 6.3.Heavy network load can extend the time a transaction takes.

7. Incorrect details

  1. 7.1.The user is responsible for the accuracy of the details they enter.
  2. 7.2.Before a payout is sent, the user must check the address, the network, the phone number, the bank, the card number and any other data.
  3. 7.3.Once a payout has been sent to the details the user provided, reversing it may be technically impossible.
  4. 7.4.The service is not liable for funds lost because the user gave a wrong address or an incompatible network.

8. SBP and bank payouts

  1. 8.1.The timing of a bank payout depends on the banks and the payment infrastructure.
  2. 8.2.The recipient's bank may delay, decline or restrict the transaction on its own initiative.
  3. 8.3.The service does not control the internal decisions of the recipient's bank.
  4. 8.4.If a payout is returned to the service, support handles the order individually.

9. Cash

  1. 9.1.Cash is available only for supported cities, amounts and directions.
  2. 9.2.The address, the time and the handover procedure are agreed with the user on Telegram once the order reaches the relevant status.
  3. 9.3.The timing depends on the city, the amount and the chosen method.
  4. 9.4.If the user does not show up at the agreed time, the handover is rescheduled by agreement.
  5. 9.5.The terms of a specific cash transaction are agreed before it is carried out.

10. Transaction controls

  1. 10.1.For standard transactions, prior registration and identification are not mandatory.
  2. 10.2.The service applies internal transaction-control procedures, including analysis of incoming crypto transactions. What those procedures consist of, and how they are configured, is not disclosed.
  3. 10.3.The results of internal controls are used solely by the service and are not shared with the user.
  4. 10.4.The counterparties executing a payout (exchanges, payment providers, banks) apply their own controls, over which the service has no influence.
  5. 10.5.The service may suspend a transaction where there are objective signs of a technical error or of fraud against the user or the service.
  6. 10.6.Further information may be requested where applicable law or the payment infrastructure requires it.

11. Liability

BTC BANKIR is not liable for delays or losses arising directly from:

  • incorrect details entered by the user;
  • the wrong network being chosen;
  • delays and congestion on blockchain networks;
  • technical problems with third-party networks and services;
  • the operation of banks and payment systems;
  • restrictions on the side of the recipient's wallet or exchange;
  • connectivity outages;
  • force majeure.

This clause neither excludes nor limits the service's liability where such liability is expressly provided for by applicable law.

12. Support

  1. 12.1.For anything to do with an order, the user can contact the service's Telegram support.
  2. 12.2.To speed things up, quote the order number and, where available, the transaction TXID.

The original terms are written in Russian; the English version is provided for convenience. The service may amend these terms; the version in force when an order is created applies to that order.
