Privacy policy

Short and to the point: what data the service needs, why, and what happens to it next.

What data we process

  • The details needed to make the payout: the crypto wallet address, the phone number and bank for SBP, the card number, the city and the recipient's contact for cash delivery.
  • Transaction parameters: the direction, amounts, rate, fee, order status and when it changed.
  • Technical data produced by the site: the request IP address and request-frequency information — used to rate-limit automated requests.
  • On public pages, Yandex Metrica collects aggregate visit statistics: the page URL, referrer, device parameters and interface interactions. The admin panel is excluded from analytics.
  • The contact you voluntarily give for order correspondence, and your comment on the order if you left one.

What we never ask for

  • We do not ask for identity documents for a standard exchange.
  • We do not ask for passwords, seed phrases, private keys or SMS confirmation codes — not on the site and not in conversation.
  • We do not ask for your exact home address until it is needed to arrange a cash delivery.

Why this data is needed

  • The sole purpose of processing is executing the order, contacting you about it and resolving any disputes.
  • Order data is used to build the payout and to display the status on the order page.

Who the data goes to

  • Payment details are passed to the counterparty executing that specific payout, only to the extent needed to carry it out.
  • Incoming crypto transaction data — the transaction hash and the address it arrived at — is passed to an external blockchain analysis service for internal transaction control. No personal data is passed with it.
  • Order details are mirrored to the service's internal chat so operators can process them promptly.
  • Public-page visit data is sent to Yandex Metrica for aggregate statistics and interface improvement. Input fields are masked, and order-page contents are hidden from Session Replay.
  • We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Storage and access

  • Order data is kept for as long as executing the order and handling any claims requires.
  • Full order details are available via a personal link with a secret token; the order number alone shows only the status.
  • Access to the admin panel is restricted by a password and by rate-limiting login attempts.

Cookies

  • The site uses technical cookies, browser local storage for links to your orders, and Yandex Metrica analytics cookies on public pages.
  • The analytics tag is not loaded in the admin panel. You can restrict analytics cookies in your browser or with tracking protection tools.
