Questions and answers

If your question is not answered here, message support — an operator will reply on Telegram.

Do I need to register?

No. A standard exchange needs no account: you pick a direction, enter the payout details and create an order.

The order opens from a direct link issued the moment it is created. Your browser keeps that link — copy it as well if you plan to open the order from another device.

Do I have to pass KYC?

A standard exchange requires no prior identification: we do not ask for documents and do not create a profile for you.

In particular cases — where the law applying to the service requires it, or where the payment partner handling that specific payout requires it — processing may call for an additional check. We cannot rule such cases out entirely, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Are incoming transactions checked?

Yes. We run internal transaction-control procedures, including analysis of incoming crypto transactions. We do not disclose what those procedures consist of or how they are tuned.

This does not affect an ordinary order: the vast majority are processed normally. If a check needs an operator's attention, the order moves to the «Needs attention» status and we contact you.

The counterparties through which a payout runs — exchanges, payment providers and banks — apply their own controls on top, and we have no influence over those.

We do not promise anonymity: transactions on public blockchains and bank transfers are recorded by those systems regardless of our service.

What fees are charged?

The fee depends on the direction, the amount, the network used and current market conditions. For crypto directions the network fee is counted separately — it is deducted from the payout.

The full amount you will receive is shown before you confirm the order. No hidden fees appear after an order is created.

How long does an exchange take?

Crypto directions are processed once the required number of network confirmations arrives. That usually takes from a few minutes to half an hour after the transaction is confirmed; TRC20 and TON confirm faster than Bitcoin.

Payouts via SBP, to bank cards and cash transactions can take longer: the timing depends on the recipient's bank and on delivery logistics.

When is the rate locked?

The rate is locked when the order is created, for the period stated in the order itself. A timer is shown on the payment page.

If the transfer arrives after the lock period ends, the amount may be recalculated at the rate current when it arrives.

What happens if I send a different amount?

If the amount received differs from the one in the order, automatic processing stops and the order moves to the «Needs attention» status.

Message support and quote the order number — the transaction will be recalculated and handled manually.

What if my transfer arrives too late?

If the transaction first appears on the network after the rate-lock period ends, the order may be recalculated at the current rate.

Your funds are not lost: contact support and quote the order number.

Can a sent transaction be cancelled?

No. Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible — neither we nor anyone else can undo them.

So check the address, the network and the amount before you send.

Can I cancel an order?

Before you send the transfer, simply do not pay it — once the lock period expires the order closes itself and the reserve is released.

After the crypto has arrived and been confirmed, whether it can be cancelled depends on how far execution has got. If the payout has already gone out, it cannot be reversed.

What if I entered the wrong recipient address?

If the payout has not been sent yet — message support immediately with the order number. Until the status reaches «Payout sent», the details can still be corrected manually.

If the payout has already gone to the address you gave, it cannot be recovered.

What if I picked the wrong network?

Before creating an order, make sure your wallet or exchange supports the chosen network. The form checks the address format and warns about an obvious network mismatch, but that check does not replace your own.

Sending funds over an incompatible network loses them, and we cannot compensate that.

What if the payout has not arrived?

Open the order page and check its status — it shows every processing stage and the payout TXID once it has been sent.

If the status is «Completed» but the funds have not arrived, contact support with the order number. For crypto directions, include the TXID from the order page.

Can I exchange a large amount?

Yes. For large transactions we suggest checking the reserve and terms with support in advance: an individual rate and a pre-reserved amount are both possible.

How do I get cash?

Pick a direction that pays out in cash — «BTC → Cash» or «USDT → Cash», for example — and give us your city and Telegram.

Once your transfer is confirmed, an operator messages you on Telegram and agrees the method, the time and the rest of the handover details.

How long does getting cash take?

It depends on the city, the amount and the handover method. An estimate is shown when you choose the direction; the operator confirms the exact time.

Which cities have cash available?

The current list of cities, with limits and timings, is on the cash direction page.

If your city is not listed, message support — delivery is assessed case by case.

Have a question or a partnership proposal?

For partnerships, API access and advertising, use the separate contact on the «Contacts» page. For live orders, message support and quote the order number.

Still have questions?

For a live order, quote its number — you will get an answer faster.
